Okay idk who keeps making these untrue ranks and saying that the top tier of Tech is Sigma Nu. Im sorry i like snus too theyre nice guys but they are not the top of the top...The Top tier is not based on who has the nicest guys

lol Delt is nowhere near the DTX house in animal house...that title would go to SAE. Delt is just a mediocre house with average guys who got cut from Fiji, SAE and Phi delt

there is definitley a reason Delt is not in Low Hoop and Sig ep is and its cause the top 3 all make fun of Delt cause its like their little brother. runt of the top 4 and try hards

Delt is the most fun out of the top houses. Everyone knows this. Would you rather be in an exclusive frat that based who you are on your family's income rate or a frat that has no discriminations and outgoing exactly. Nice day.

You're right delt has no discriminations. They let everyone in. That sounds like a pretty prestigious and top tier fraternity to me. Harvard must not be a good school because they dont let just anyone in...

The delts don't judge. But they also don't bid everyone trust me. And nice try SigEp get out of this. How much did y'all pay to be in low hoop? lol everyone on campus even says the delts are top house. Phi delt kills goats, they have money and alumni. They are in lowhoop. That's it. Congrats tell me the last time you went to a phi delt party or actually heard of one. College is all about huge ragers. I don't consider low hoop a rager. And no one is going this year. And just for future references SigEp, don't post about your balanced man whatever. Y'all suck
