Based on overall involvement of members, philanthropy, grades and looks this is how I see it-

TOP (in order) : Pi phi, tri delt, kappa
UPPER MIDDLE: Zeta/theta, (chi o in one or two years if next PCs are good)
LOWER MIDDLE (in order): chi o, axo/aphi, DG, KD
BOTTOM: (if KD takes one more bad PC they definitely will be down here) AxiD, ADPi\n\n\n\n\n

Theta this is just getting old now. You're not top. You're barely hanging on to upper middle. Your last two PCs are so bad and you can't make up for it by upranking yourselves here

This is almost spot on! At this point I would put chi o in front of theta. The only thing theta has going for them is academics. Other than that this is also how I see t
