Which sorority lodge is nicest after all the construction?

theta has the nicest lodge, but that's only because kappa and tri delts new lodge isn't done yet. after theta, it's pi phis but all that is going to change in the next few years when the new houses are built. Tri delt and kappa is under construction, and axo and zeta have plans to build very soon too. Please, don't compare lodges when choosing your home. Since we don't live in them at tech you'll only be there once or twice a week usually and they are all stunning inside, I promise.

DG has the nicest lodge, followed by Pi Phi. But like the person above stated, don't even worry about that during recruitment. You're pretty much only there for weekly chapter meetings.

Kappa will have the nicest lodge once is it done.

Theta has the nicest lodge as of right now.

Tbh I think the nicest lodge is between theta and dg, they look more like mansions and pi phis is nice but it could pass as a normal neighborhood house, there's nothing special about it. Although I think that when Kappas is finished it will be the nicest

Kappas lodge is going to be amazing but I don't think it's going to that much better than theta's or DG's. I know tri delts is supposed to be spectacular and they're working on building it rn too though so only time will tell! Lodges really don't matter and shouldn't affect your decisions like everyone above says
