Phi delt- selective af. They throw parties but people have to be invited to those parties.
Delt- they are loved by the girls. Throw tons of parties.
Fiji- Rolex wearing BMW driving preppy boys.
Sae- watch your drink.(not kidding)
I would say Sigma Nu breaks the mid 3 and into the top 4 or 5. They throw huge parties

Phi Delt- really secretive and old money with a nice house. Selective af during rush. Throw alot of parties but only invite the same kappas and pi phis every time so they dont get heard about. Need to branch out!

Fiji- Preppy and pretty boys. party alot and only care about girls but also have a nice house and alum

Delt-More guys from the suburbs and less selective during rush and who they hang out with. All super nice guys with a nice lodge. Throw some good parties too and always invite everyone

SAE- Sketch AE......have a wet lodge so they can party at their house and throw some crazy late nights and parties. Where girls go to black out pretty much. Fun parties but alot of sketchy guys. Watch your drink and dont be at one of their parties alone
