I'm a dude. If I'm rushing a house, do I talk to them first or do I wait for them to come to me? Is it just a big talk fest where all we do is talk? Or do we like shoot hoops? Someone help.

Every situation is different.
Sometimes you will start convo sometimes they will.
Talk about where your from,your major,sports etc
You're totally over thinking it.

I also have a question. What should guys wear to rush? Jeans boots button up? Or is it casual? Khakis t shirt?

Casual.
Shorts tshirt
You will prob be shooting hoops, grilling etc
Don't try too hard
