Did XO seriously spring rush? You'd think from GR that they're having their best year in chapter history but I guess not.

Add APhi and Zeta to the list. Not sure why people freak out so much by spring rush. Tons of girls graduate in December every year and houses need to refill their numbers. It's only dramatic if you're a freshman and worry about ranks.

True.
At some point most houses do spring rush even if not every spring, due to graduates, transfer out of tech, drop for financial reasons etc
However, most take 10 or less. No big deal. And a good way to get some awesome girls who maybe didn't participate in fall, have friends at a house etc.
It is dramatic if a house takes a lot more then that. Why so many spots available?

XO fall 16 pledges ARE initiated. XO also did not spring rush. and XO is definitely not on probation!
