rushing without going thru formal rush

How would I go about contacting/rushing Phi Psi or Sigma Chi? I would like to see what they're like and get a feel for them. The thing is, I don't want to go through formal rush and I don't know anybody that has anything to do with the fraternities. Any suggestions?

Actually, I went through rush last semester and received bids but declined them. Biggest mistake I've made. So now after seeing what I missed out on, I want to join. I want to meet those 2 fraternities because they weren't on campus last semester but I don't feel like doing the whole rush process again.
