This is a joke right? There's no way in HELL theta is even close to second. And AXO and KD above chi O?? That's hilarious. KD is bottom and is staying there. Maybe even below AXiD. Middle tier consists of Chi O, AXO, DG, and APhi. This has got to be a theta trying to make themselves not fall even further, or a KD that just has no idea where they're actually ranked. Either way, your list is a joke.

Let me correct you, you need it.

1. Pi Phi
2. Kappa
3. Tri Delta
(Kappa and tri delt are interchangeable but both undeniably top tier)

4. Zeta
5. Theta
6. Chi O
(Zeta and theta arguably interchangeable)

7. A Phi
8. DG
9. AXO
(DG and AXO interchangeable, however AXO is falling and DG is rising so this may change)

10. KD
11. AXiD
12. ADPi
