What Fraternity or Sority is getting a new house built ?

Tri Delts should be starting in spring
ZTA and AXO are also getting new lodges but not sure when that will start
Adpi is starting renovations soon but will not get an entire new lodge

Kappa is the only house on greek circle currently constructing a new house. Kappa's house will be done sometime this semester. During rush, zeta, tri delt and a chi o mentioned building a new house in the near future.
