phi delt vs fiji
by: confusedEveryone knows Phi Delt and Fiji are the Top 2 but what is the difference between them? and what makes them both the top 2 on campus?

phi delt has lots of history here, and has lots of alum support. it's been a top house for pretty much the entire history of greek life at ttu. basically, this allows them to be really picky during rush and get guys that come from money, nice families, guys that are smart, stuff like that.
fijis have basically the most and best parties. also the guys are usually pretty hot, and most of them are pretty smart.
the big thing that makes them top two is just because they have been so long. also low hoop
