No way they are this high.
Just like AZD who has long way to go since they are new, so does Beta.
Pike no where near that high either.

Meeting of the National Board of Directors
April 8 and 9, 2016

San Francisco, California

Substance-Free Housing

The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced.

National Director Kief moved the Board to mandate substance-free facilities at all newly chartered chapters moving forward. Seconded by National Director Cynthia Love. Motion passed by unanimous 12-0 vote. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
