most underrated frats

1. Ato-These guys know how to have fun. People just need to give them a chance.
2. Lambda chi-These guys just purchased a frat mansion and they are sweet and down to earth.
3. Beta- They got the house back but no one is hanging with them. They are super nice to women and know how to party responsibly.

I gave Beta a chance and it was awful... Lambda Chi sits around on here to become relevant, but in reality, no one cares about them... ATO is the only rising frat on this list. Give beta a few years, then we will see
