It will be the biggest Greek house at tech. I can't see why they wouldn't be allowed to. They just need a house mom. Lambda Chi has a new house that people are just finding out about and it's the biggest frat house at tech and I'm pretty sure they are gunna have some brothers living in it.

No you're right, the law has been removed. Idk where y'all heard that the law wasn't removed but it was. It's gone.

The reason people don't live in the lodges on Greek circle has nothing to do with size, but instead a Lubbock law in place that prohibits more than 2 people that aren't related to live in a house together. Until this law is repealed, no chapter will have a live-in house. Also, if the law is repealed, every chapter would have to build a new house to fit enough rooms in it to house enough members to be able to pay for said new house. But even still, the lots the houses are on are too small (for the most part) to fit a house that could house a good amount of members, so the likelihood of this all happening anytime in the near future is pretty much none.
