I 96% agree with this. Honestly I would put Delt above Fiji. They have the house, and history. But phi delt is still top. Don't get me wrong all of the top frats are pretty competitive with each other and none are lame but Fiji needs to be under Delt.

I agree. Delt over Fiji. Fiji is not a bad frat Delt just has that southern gentleman vibe and the super nice lodge
