way too many top houses. the new chi o pledge class is great but they're too obvious on this website. Chi O is definitely middle and not too long ago they were bottom.

Kappa is NOT second. They need at least one more good PC to pass tri delt. You must be a freshman kappa because nobody would agree with you...besides kappas. why is chi o top tier? Yes they got a good PC but that does not define the whole chapter. Also, theta is dropping- high middle tier and zeta is before them.

"Adphi" and I agree aphi needs to work on grades but they did host a successful "taste of Texas" same with AXO raised thousands for their philanthropy. And KD is not that high.

Theta and ChiO are not even close to top tier. They go BELOW AXO and APhi. KD is above DG, even with that huge house.
