Texas is as big as all the SEC states put together so our Greek really dont look at what state you are from. It does help to know people and that may give an advantage to in state girls by default. But it's not like the SEC where the sororities are so threatened by being taken over by "outsiders" that they black ball girls from other states. If you are a quality girl, you'll get a good sorority.
