by: HeyI'm transferring to Tech but I accepted a bid to a sorority at my current school that they don't offer at Tech. Should I drop before initiation so I can be apart of greek life her? And I know there are rules about accepting a bid and I believe i have to wait a certain amount of time before I could accept another one. Is that true?

If you KNOW you're going to finish at Tech and you want to be Greek, then drop out of the current sorority now. It would be rude to stay in the current one just to drop out right before initiation. Go through rush at Tech and if the topic comes up, be honest and just explain the situation. It's a completely understandable situation.
