Fiji/Phi Delt-FIJI has great parties and great guys.
Delt- NEEDS TO BE IN LOW HOOP INSTEAD OF SIG EP ???!!!
SAE- barred out 99% of the time
Sig Ep/SNU- In my opinion SNU is probably better (and on the rise) but most people probably see Sig Ep as slightly better.
^these are the houses a PNM should aim for if they are looking for a "top" house

I'd say SNU is even or slightly above SAE. I ended up at their KU tailgate and was surprised at the quality of guys they're getting...no love or hate, just a fact. If SAE didn't have their current house SNU would be right behind Fiji and Phi Delt. I'd say the tide is starting to turn back to SNU. SigEp, SAE, and SNU are all the same at #3.

SNU has definitely gotten better than they were but I wouldn't say they've made top tier status... A lot of cool guys but some are questionable. Sig Ep same way put I'd but them over SNU just because they're in low hoop.
