Pi Phi (top no matter who you ask)
Tri Delt
Kappa (putting Kappa before Zeta because Zeta gets bad grades and has a bad rep...Kappa's new lodge will be awesome)
Zeta (still top tier for sure and has beautiful girls)
MIDDLE:
AXO (building a new lodge, cool girls for the most part)
Theta (gets great grades and is selective during rush but kind of forgettable)
A phi (got last in grades and also has a not so great rep...maybe XO will pass them in years to come)
XO (got a pretty hot pledge class)
BOTTOM:
DG (some people will exchange DG and KD)
KD
AXiD (just too early to really put them anywhere else)

Agreed with most. Here's my take. All are close.

TOP TIER:
Pi Phi
Tri Delt
Kappa
Zeta

MIDDLE:
AXO
Theta
XO
A phi

BOTTOM:
KD
DG
ADPi
AXiD (last because they are so new)

Mid
AXO (beautiful girls moving up to top real quick I think)
APHI (cant deny how beautiful these girls are)
THETA (smarties, good house)
DG (beautiful house, 2 quality pledge classes)

Low:
XO (snap bids and pledge class last fall hurt them)
KD (IDK what is happening here)
APDI (nice girls, but cant seem to move up)
AXiD

APhi is not that high and XO is not that low. I would also probably switch DG and KD, but no biggie.

How is Kappa that high on any list? Kappas don't even like kappa...

They have a much better retention rate than tri delt and zeta by a lot

Kappa is a top house and always will be. Smart girls-always get top 3 in grades, they're classy but still go out and not to mention the overwhelming majority of kappas are good looking. Kappa was very desired during rush by PNMs! They are on the rise for sure and could pass tri Delt in the next couple years if they continue to do this well during rush.

Tri delta had a stellar rush but kd is still better than dg and on par with axo on my opinion

Switch Axo and aphi. Lodges don't mean squat, especially one that hasn't even been done.

KD NOT THAT HIGH! AXO lost bunch of members. Zeta not that low. DG not that low .APHI can move a bit up. XO move down. Alum troll who does not even go here leaving in the past.
