Typical pref groups, not a rank at all. Just girls that are most similar to each other that PNM's pref together. I think it's important to recognize before rank because while Pi Phi and Zeta are both top houses, they typically interest completely different girls.

Theta is with ChiO. Both are known as quiet and academic. I would put KD by themselves or with AXiD as they are in transition periods and it's hard to tell what they will be like in a year.
