Sigma Nu is the most average fraternity I have ever laid eyes on. Sig ep is definitely top 4, maybe contesting over it with Phi delt

Sigma Nu is one of the better at TTU. ATO needs to move below Delta Chi & Sigma Nu to top middle.

For all the people who keep asking who to rush, look at this lists top two tiers will give you a run down on who you would be happy rushing. Except maybe Delta Sig cause of their housing situation.

Agree, but delta Sig will be fine. They have higher membership then some frats with houses. So they will have cash to work around situation. I think this list is pretty accurate.

Yeah move pike to bottom, don't be swayed by the big house. Lots of weird guys. You'll see during rush unless they hide them.
