'rush packets?'
by: 2020A few girls I know who are getting their recs are sending the alumna a packet with photos and their transcript and their extra curricular stuff and then when the alumna send the rec letters they're sending all that stuff the girl gave them with their letter of rec kind of like in a packet? Should we be doing this and getting our recs sent in with the transcript/photos we gave the alumni or is it annoying and unecessary?

If your alum doesn't do it electronically and wants to mail their rec letter it will be included in the packet you give them with all your material! (Photos, head shot and full body. Transcript, Resume, Cover letter thanking your alum)
If your alum does want to do it electronically you will still make her an actual packet just maybe have your photos on a disk so she can upload them easier!
Your alum should know where she uploads and what all she needs to fill out!
Also, only 1 rec letter per house is necessary!
I know I was extremely confused my freshman year so hopefully this clears it up!
