Self ranking here is ridiculous. Lots of internal issues which resulted in a large # of actives leaving in the fall. 29 member spring recruitment! 29!?! That is unheard of. Most chapters take less then 10. Fall recruitment takes about 70, this chapter took almost half that # In spring? Most chapters didn't even do spring recruitment, You can prentend all day it's sunshine & roses here, but it doesn't make it true. Truth is in the #s

Or maybe they did have a lot of seniors graduate as well as have members drop. Members dropping is not uncommon among any chapter. I also doubt they are "pretending it's all sunshine and roses" every alpha chi I've ever met is blantly honest and would likely admit if it weren't. But let's be real, every chapter has their problems and how they deal with them is what makes them come back a stronger house. Sure they may have just recruited 29 new members, but those new members are the chance to make an improvement in the chapter.

Yeah every house will have a couple of girls drop for financial reasons etc. And every house has graduates BUT only a few houses lost enough to do spring rush and those that did took no where near the # you did. Doesn't pass the smell test... Something stinks here...

I heard they had a spring pledge class of 29. I seriously doubt that they had that many girls graduate, so girls must have dropped. They walk around campus like they're all that and there are more sororities that are better. They are all super cliquey when it comes to social events and even in their own sorority. I have a class with 3 of them and all they do is talk about what guy they did over the weekend and how drunk they got. Try to keep it classy ladies.
