Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 5.0 I had my first encounter with them and I hoped for the best because I have heard they are new, but that is clearly a mistake. They were rude, stuck up, unfriendly, sloppy, disorganized, and just the very opposite of gentlemen. Every stereotype about frat guys were held up by them.
