Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 2.8 have maybe 1 big party a year? they use their entire social budget on Recon in the Fall and dont hardly have any social events the rest of the fall or spring except Beachballs right before the summer. def in top 4 but nothing compared to the Big 3: Phi Delt, Fiji, SAE in terms of social events. They arent even in Low Hoop...
