Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 2.3 I went to a delta sig party and all I saw were ADPis..KDs..everywhere. ..there were a few XO's maybe a a-phi or theta here and there but honestly all they hangout with are ADPi and KD.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 2.5 They are just ok, nothing special. A weird group of guys but maybe that's not a bad thing. I just can't tell what direction this frat is going all the guys are so different. Lots of grenades but a good amount of hotties too.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 4.8 Real good guys. Not the greatest or have the best reputation but the ones Ive met arent so bad at all. Majority of mid tier are wayyyyy worse.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 2.0 Here is my honest opinion. Having friends in my sorority and all of the other sororities at tech I am able to hear opinions about the frats. Delta Sig does have some nice guys and a lot of my girlies say so. Problem is these guys just can't get a good strong following of sorority girls. Most of the girls party with them maybe once or twice then go on to hangout with better frats. They don't really have a good strong connection with any of the sororities, let alone one. This takes time. Not a good house at tech.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 4.3 Honestly a very good group of gentlemen.. very humble and unique! They are growing very quickly and are escalating on the right path to be a top tier due to quality guys and great goals.
