Can’t even keep up with maintenance for their lodge and they’re broke af and can’t even pay their dues for their nationals. They’re worse than FH.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 5.0 Idk why these guys are getting hate. Yeah their lodge is a little run down but their brotherhood is strong, and they know how to keep their grades up which is the reason you’re at college.
