Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 4.2 Honestly good guys in all, they may not have the biggest PC's but they have cool parties and the brotherhood is tight. If you're looking for a DL fraternity where you can go talk to anyone I highly recommend Chi Psi.
