Honest opinion: wealthy scoobs. Most of these kids have money, they have good alumni, and their marble-floored house is pretty good. That being said, this fraternity is growing and sucks atm because they just got back on campus, and need some more attractive guys. I would expect them to rise a tier within a two or three years.

They are trying to become a better frat, but it is just not working out for them. Their parties are the worst and cops show up to every party. They try to defend themselves by saying "'this never happens,'" when we all know it happens every time.
