How Sig Ep is number 2 is crazy! They are awful and creppy! Out of all their parties this year they only had one good one, Safari!! Totally bottom tier, and keep heading in that direction with the pledge classes they recruit.

As being a top tier sorority girl, I have to say I always like Phi Delt, however after this past year, I will now stop going to Phi Delt parties and functions because the guys are just creppy! Defiantly going downhill from all that has gone on with them in the past year.
