This is an older person’s opinion, who works closely with all of the chapter at UNK. AOII is a good chapter. I don’t say that lightly. They are really laidback and are highly involved. They have had a few issues with girls dropping and some typical girl issues, but for the most part seem to really like each other and are friendly to others on campus. I believe they are really working hard to show people they are an amazing option beside APhi & GPhi. Which I dont think APhi really likes, but the great girls they don’t give a chance should have some place to go that won’t only take them because of looks or grades.

Again coming from an older person who works closely with all UNK sororities. This group of girls is really interesting. They always seem to have a great recruitment, but after that they seem to have issues living up to their recruitment strengths. APhi & GPhi ALWAYS DIRTY RUSH/Bid promise, but never get in trouble for it. A lot of girls end up dropping this house. They have a lot of fun girls. They do really really really like to party, which would be fine if they knew how to handle themselves, but they don’t so they always end up in trouble or so it seems. They aren’t super involved and seem unorganized. They are pretty laidback.

This is coming from an older person, who works closely with all of the chapters at UNK. While there are qualities of APhi that are admirable there are more qualities that counteract all of the good qualities. They do an amazing job at recruiting, but that’s because they are really good at putting on a show. They will do and say anything to make you feel like they want you to be a part of their chapter whether it’s true or not. They have a certain type of girl they are going after and already have their list of girls selected long before you even have a chance to let them get to know you. The other part that really saddens me about this chapter is how bad they talk about not only other chapters but women who are in their own chapter. They truly embody Mean Girls. Who wants to relive high school all over again.

This is an opinion of an older person that works with all chapters at UNK. I hate giving the tier ranking for a campus that only has 4 chapters, but due to the fact AXD has had a hard time recruiting new members every year, I must say bottom tier. With that being said they do have some really nice girls in this chapter and they work hard to try to continue to grow. I honestly wish more girls going through recruitment would just give this chapter a real chance, because they could be really amazing. It’s really hard to get a new chapter started on a campus that is small. Really it could take one good recruitment to turn things around for this chapter. However, it might be too late for that. Overall a good group of nice ladies!
