newer fraternities? (kappa sig + zbt)

Are Kappa Sig and ZBT new fraternities? I have heard that people don't hype them up as much as the others and some don't really want to be associated but is that just because they're newer and still getting their footing? Did something happen?

ZBT is more new than Kappa Sig is. ZBT colonized last year while Kappa Sig got their charter 2 years ago.

Yes both are new so they are still getting their footing but for the limited amount of time Kappa Sig has been here, they have done alright.

Yeah both pretty new. I know Ksig has had mixers with all of the sororities, not sure if ZBT has yet. As for properties, Kappa Sig has some good houses, and none of them are being taken over by the school. I think ZBT might have one or 2 houses in the area.
