Which fraternity to rush?

Just from my observations:

Top houses (not in particular order) -

Sig Pi: rich, arrogant, preppy, throw good parties, lots of houses

Pike: similar to Sig Pi but guys throw down harder, less pretentious, brotherhood seems tigher

Cal Phi: good parties, good brotherhood, toughest pledging process, throw down hard...too hard

Mid houses -

Sig Chi: nice guys

TKE: chill guys

ZBT: a combination of nice/chill/weird guys

Kappa Sig: similar to ZBT but more weird guys

Sig Pi and Pike have similar vibes, with Sig Pi being more preppy and Pike being your typical frat bros

Cal Phi and TKE are similar because they are known for being stoners and chill (I think TKE is the most chill frat around)

Sig Chi are the nice guys, think of your typical "boyfriend material"

ZBT is a mixed bag, like picking a few guys from every other frats and put them together

Kappa Sig is known for fun parties, but their reputation hasn't been great recently
