Sig Chi is below Cal Phi for sure. Their housing situation is not as good as Cal Phi. Theta Chi should be ATO level since they only have a tiny house and less than 20 guys next year.

Cal Phis housing is better but they aren’t as popular as sig chi with girls. And true theta chi could be lower just no one hates them so

I wouldn’t say Sig Chi is more popular with girls than Cal Phi, they just attract different types. Cal Phi attracts the “edgy” dg/Aphi/theta girls (who usually end up dropping out of their sororities) whereas Sig Chi attracts the more studious sorority girls. Also Cal Phi’s association with Pike gives them a big edge imo.

Sig Chi’s biggest house is literally the same size as Cal Phi’s smallest 😂😂😂 of course those softies are under Cal Phi, they don’t even do as great with girls as they seem to think.

SCU is a small school so everyone has their own perception, but overall, the tiers of frats seem to be:

Top: Pike, Sigma Pi, Cal Phi

Mid: Sigma Chi, TKE, ZBT, Kappa Sigma

Bottom: Theta Chi, Phi Delt, ATO

This is accurate except I would put Sig Pi and Cal Phi as low top/upper mid and ZBT/Ksig as lower mid. There definitely is a big difference,
