Top:
1. Pike/Sig Pi: generally considered top by most despite recent struggles or recent success
Upper Mid:
2. Cal Phi/Sig Chi: depends on your preference but a noticeable step above mid tier
Mid:
TKE: bad housing but some solid dudes
Kappa Sig: good housing but def not better than tke
Bottom:
The rest

Top: Pike (widely seen as top, hard to argue regardless of what you think of the guys)
Lower top: Sig Pi, Cal Phi (Sig Pi is more popular with freshmen/some sophomores while Calphi is more popular with upperclassmen. Popular groups but not quite Pike level)
Upper mid: Sig Chi (need to get better houses if they want to move up a tier, but their pledge class was good this year and they are trending upward again after a couple bad years post losing power)
Mid: TKE (solid dudes, just need to get housing back on track to move up)
Lower mid: Kappa Sig (good housing but too many weird guys. Good housing doesn’t do much if no one comes to your parties because your guys are weird)
Upper bottom: ZBT, Theta Chi (getting slightly better but still pretty irrelevant)
Bottom: ATO (the joke frat of SCU), Phi Delt (is this a thing? Last I heard they had like 6 guys)

Nah Calphi is in the right spot, they have about the same quality of guys as Sig Chi but have better housing and parties which definitely gives them an edge. Sig Pi would be above them but no one really cares about Sig Pi after freshman year. Cal Phi is a group that gets more popular as people move through college.

Yeah all these posts are acting like their pc this year is the second coming of Christ or something, yeah it’s a good pledge class and better than the last couple years but come on now...also one pledge class isn’t enough to drastically alter the rankings, there definitely has to be a trend of good pledge classes.

Some really good guys in both tke and sig chi, it's a shame their housing isn't great. Things might shake up a bit if they can snag some good spots in the near future but both are definitely trending upwards in terms of quality of people. Housing system sucks here so it's kinda tough
