winter ranking of fraternities

Top Houses -
Pike/Sigma Pi: these two are generally considered the top two fraternities at SCU. Have the best houses and attract a lot of people to their parties

Cal Phi: in term of housing, they are on par with the top two, but due to their reputation of being ‘sketchy’, they don’t appeal to some people.

Middle Tier -
Sigma Chi/Kappa Sigma: It’s up to your opinion to decide which one is better. They have decent housing and guys.

TKE: in term of guys, they are on par with the two above (better than Kappa Sig?), but since they lost OTR this year they are falling behind. A good house will definitely help them

ZBT: not quite the level of the three above but they are definitely better than the frats below. They have been improving a lot recently.

Bottom Tier -
Theta Chi: just started recently. They are catching up and have a lot of potentials. They could reach the mid tier soon.

ATO: lol

Phi Delt: just formed. Doesn’t look too well considered there’s a surplus of frats and less people are rushing
