winter rush system?
by: freshmanguyHey, I know it's a bit long until winter rush, but I was just wondering how rush works. I know there's a bbq and you do interviews but how does it go from start to finish and how do you receive your bid? Sound a lot different than other schools I know...

Basically rush is 4 days where you go to events and at the end of it you fill out a card with your top choices and it gets delivered to your first choice. No one takes second prefs except bottom tier frats (and putting one of those down will probably kill your chances of a bid at your top pref). So you gotta have at least a good idea of where you wanna rush before the winter. Honestly, it's a pretty messed up system that results in a lot of good guys being left behind. I even heard of some people's cards getting lost last year...
