Nothing 😂 just people on greekrank. Most of the fraternities except sig chi ATO theta chi ZBT are basically the same thing. Similar number of houses and parties. People like to make these “differences” up on greekrank to feel good about themselves. ESPECIALLY insecure pikes

The top tier houses (Pike, Cal Phi, and Sig Pi) are basically the picture you have in your head when you think of a frat. You don't need to be a total hardo or stereotypical frat guy to get in, but these guys are all very outgoing, mostly attractive, and are good at talking to girls. These frats also own the best houses and throw the best parties. After that the mid frats (Sig Chi, TKE, Kappa Sig) are more chill, if you are unsure about greek life maybe look into these. They still throw parties and mixers but they aren't as big or popular as the top tier houses. The rest are bottom tier and were all started within the past 2-3 years, so they are still going through growing pains. Will probably be a while before any of these go anywhere. Honestly I would disregard comments like the ones above about Pike, it's all either other frats trying to dis each other or guys who didn't get into frats and are pissed because their social life sucks now. Just go out to rush and see who you like for yourself.
