-Pike and Cal Phi consistently throw the best parties
-Sig Pi also throws a few great ones but not as many as the two above
-Kappa Sig has decent houses and knows how to throw a party, but they're always full of guys and not many girls which kinda kills the vibe. If more girls showed up then their parties would definitely be some of the better ones
-TKE hasn't thrown down as much this year because of housing concerns, but when they do throw parties they are chill and fun
-Sig Chi doesn't throw down a lot, and the parties they do throw are pretty average and don't have a ton of alcohol. They still do OK with girls tho
-ZBT and Theta Chi are getting better in terms of housing and parties but still aren't that good
-ATO has 0 houses or parties

I'm a junior with friends in all the fraternities
- Sig Pi has better parties than Cal Phi and Pike. They might be a worse fraternity as a whole but their parties are definitely better.
- Kappa sig parties are not full of dudes, I don't know where you heard this but they even at their open parties they only allow guys in if there are more girls in their group.
- I'm not 100% sure about this but this post seems to be made by a TKE as it takes digs at TKE's 2 main competitors (Sig Chi and Kappa Sig) while underplaying TKE's own faults...

Also, if you are a GDI and you supposedly can't get into other frats parties as a geed, how do you know that Pike and Cal Phi have more consistent parties than Sig Pi? You would have to have gone to nearly every one of them to know that...

I was going off of what I have heard from my friends in sororities, obviously as a sad gdi I can't get into most top tier parties

I am a gdi guy and have gotten into multiple kappa sig parties without needing any girls. Then again, I haven't been to one in a little while because the parties I did go to had no girls above a 7 or so, so maybe they've changed. Also, Sig Pi throws a couple of great parties that are better than most Pike/Cal phi parties but the rest of their parties are very average. Pike and Cal Phi are more consistent when it comes to great parties than Sig Pi.
