If you think that the only two good fraternities here are pike and sig pi, you obviously haven’t gone to any other parties or met any of the guys from the other houses. The reviews on this site are meaningless.

Sig Pi, Pike, and Cal Phi own pretty much all the best houses on bellomy, and because of this it can be hard for the other frats here to throw as good of parties as they have the smaller houses. Also, winter rush is set up in a way so people only really get considered for their first choice pref, so a lot of the more confident guys will only do pike (or maybe cal phi) and either get a bid there or don't, whereas some of the guys rushing the other houses are the type who didn't think they'd even have a chance at those better houses (there are exceptions to this, though). It's a shame, as a lot of the rejects of top houses are still decent guys who would be good members of another fraternity.
