frat rankings

Being completely neutral, I will try to offer my advice and opinions on frats. At scu, frats are based off of houses, mixers/parties, and looks/personalities. Having friends in most of the frats these are my friends and I rankings. I think based off my criteria there really isnt any arguments unless you have a bias opinion.
Top Tier: Sig pi and Pike
Upper Tier: Kappa Sigma and Cal phi
Middle Tier: Sigma chi
Low tier: Tke
Bottom Tier: Zbt and Ato

Yo i would agree except for apparently theta chi is being recolonized. I heard hey're the freshmen who were basically living at ghettos last year and didn't advertise themselves as a "startup opportunity" to anyone that would listen so they probably already have better brotherhood than ato. Here's what I would say:
Top tier: Sig pi, pike
Middle tier: cal phi, kappa sig, sig chi, zbt, tke
Bottom: thera chi, ato

I'm going to start off by saying that nobody will agree with a ranking because our greek life is too small and it really depends on who you are and your experiences with each group. So this is how I see it, but things can easily shift up or down depending on your own affiliation/friendships so chill.
1. Sigma Pi
2. Pike
3. Sig Chi or Cal Phi
4. Ksig or Tke
5. Zbt
6. Ato

some opinions differ based on whether you're in greek life or not, if so which sororities, but here are some pretty agreed upon rankings:
1. Pike, by far
2. Sigma pi
3. Sig chi/cal phi
4. tke
5. kappa sig
6. zbt
7. ato
girls in top sororities like sigma pi but other people think they're creepy, everyone loves pike, girls love sig chi but guys in frats don't because of easy pledging

I'd move Cal Phi up one with Sig Pi. They're definitely better than Sig Chi. If anything Sig Chi is more on par with TKE.
