These girls are so friendly and sweet! Definitely give off the vibe every house should try to strive for. They are really social and are considered a top house! Love these girls!

After this years pledge class theta can totally claim being a top house along with DG. The girls are very cool and genuine. During freshman year girls joining sororities think that joining aphi or dg gives you a fast pass to a great social life and meeting the cooler guys in frats. But honestly by the end of the year a lot of people realize theta girls are very chill and have a lot of pretty and nice girls.

On the rise. Girls are always down to have a good time and have a good showing for most mixers. Theyre A mixed bag which makes being around them a lot of fun and not like the same story every time. Would hang out with a theta over a DG almost any day

They're decent but wayyyy overhyped on here and definitely not top tier. They have some baddies but they also have a lot of weird and average-looking girls. Several girls drop each year so Theta usually ends up doing COB both Winter and Spring quarter to make up for it and takes just about anyone who comes through. I know a lot of randos who got in that way.

Lowkey pretty sure that these positive Theta ranks are mid tier frats hyping Theta up so that they can make themselves look better by saying "we hang with Theta", as Theta used to be a lot lower and as a result they still mix a lot with mid tiers (more than DG/Aphi). Ironically the more attractive girls in Theta who are the reason people say "they're on the rise" don't hang as much with mid tier frats.

Getting better but still definitely a mixed bag. It seems like the girls here are either really hot and fun or really weird. At least they're mostly chill and don't have the stuck up vibe that some other sororities have.

Their pledge classes are always a mix of cool/hot girls and weird ones, but most of the cool ones drop by the end of their sophomore year once they realize that the sorority doesn’t really do anything for their social status and just sucks up all their money.
