totally honest review of kappa: had the 2nd best pc after aphi during rush this year. downgraded to a smaller house but I actually walked by it the other day and its cute and good location to campus. girls don't party as much as dg/aphi. started to distance themselves from theta and be more on par with top 2 houses (but they aren't there yet). there's some knockout beauty queens but for the most part just cute. Idk if "wifey material" is what I would describe them as but maybe "gf material?"

if you ask anyone about rush last year, they’ll all agree kappa had the best pc after aphi. They’re kinda moving up over dg but still have work to do. Overall cute and nice girls. Oh also used to be on same level as theta but have slowly distanced themselves

Self ranks all over the place. Kappa’s been going downhill for the past few years and they just continue to get girls who couldn’t be bothered to show up to events or their mixers. Used to be a cool group of girls but now just irrelevant

Some of the girls this year are pretty hot tbh. Not crazy but sweet when your friends and generally pretty nice. they show up to class more than they do to parties tho lol

Definitely rising as a top house. Girls all end up saying they wish they rushed kappa cause they’re known for girls staying in it all four years. Smart and genuine personalities. Had a cute pc class last fall

Kappa is on the rise on campus, especially after doing super well during rush with the new PC. Always known as being super involved on campus and labeled "wifey" material. Has the largest graduating class each year which shows their sisterhood because the girls don't just drop after sophomore year. Also didn't lose the house, they just got a smaller one right next to campus so. Overall cute fun and smart
