ZBT has gotten significantly better in terms of housing (getting OTR was pretty huge, especially if they can hold onto it for next year). However, there are still wayyyy too many weirdos in this frat for them to be anything more than a joke at this school. They really shot themselves in the foot early on by bidding just about anyone to get their numbers out and it will take a few years of more selective rushing/better pledge classes for them to correct course and change their reputation at SCU.

They were on the right track to become a decent fraternity, but there are rumors that they lost their main house to pike. If they don't have a solid party house next year things will be rough for them.

The guys are either really awkward or chill. It's weird because there is not a typical ZBT guy. They have been improving (gotta give them credits for this) but it seems that they still have a lot of things to figure out. Definitely one of the most inconsistent fraternities around

ZBT guys throw great parties! They’re genuinely nice guys and they actually interact with the girls in a respectful way. I always have a blast at their parties. They get a lot of hate but that’s only because they’re newer on campus. In terms of the quality of guys, they’re great!

The quality of pledge classes is getting better in the past 2 years but they definitely still give off a weird vibe. It’s like half of the guys is cool and the other half is weird

Legitimately always a good time with zeebs. Yeah, a mixed bag– but I always feel safe at their parties and there's always decent alcohol. Threw a pretty sick Halloween party and their holiday party was aight this quarter.

We all thought this frat would died out a few years ago but they somehow scooped Sandlot a few years ago and now OTR (big deal). They definitely need more quality guys to compliment the housings they got.
