Just plain weird. Despite their main competition doing worse for housing these past couple years Kappa Sig is still widely seen as not a good frat here, and I doubt they’ll go anywhere in the future either.

These guys will always be weird. They have two decent houses but their parties suck (just a bunch of adpis and geed guys as always) and they would be bottom tier if zbt and other frats that are total jokes didn’t exist

Decent houses and parties, too bad all the guys are really weird and only geeds and adpis go to their parties. They could honestly be a really solid frat here if they could just take a few decent pledge classes, but judging from the past few idk if this will ever happen.

How are they going to be able to get a solid pledge class if they have that reputation? Only way they would be able to rise is if the system was changed allowing for extended/multiple rushing.

Exactly my point...the reason they don't (and probably won't going forward) get good pledge classes is that they haven't in the past and weird guys just attract more weird guys. But yea, if the system changed to allow second prefs to go through they could break the cycle, still would take a few years for all the weird guys to leave before they really take off.
