In all honesty tke is on the come up, I just found this app and saw the last review and yeah they do play a lot of die, but tke has the best group of guys in my opinion, they’re funny, genuine, and good looking dudes. Me and my sisters love their mixers, and they also have the best music. Rumors are that next year they’ll have the best housing for partys. Def a middle top to top frat at claradise

These girls are trying so hard to seem like top house when they’re not. They’ve been on the decline with the past couple year because of some bad pledge classes. Individually a lot of them are really nice, but paying to get greekrank reviews removed is a bad look

All the posts about them being on the rise and getting a good pledge class are obvious self rankings. I know multiple girls that have been taken advantage of at their parties. The past couple years have had especially bad pledge classes and at this point phi delt is probably above them

Nobody except for pike actually likes pike. Just a bunch of smug rich guys with a superiority complex. Apparently they make their pledges rank other frats badly which is the only reason why they’re listed as “top house” on here. Nationally it’s an ok frat but the chapter at scu ain’t it

they have a culture of roofying girls at mixers and parties. do not hold themselves accountable for their actions and often disregard personal safety for their own comfort. pledging them is rough. good luck and hopefully you can change the fraternity culture they have going for themselves.
