3 palms is the funnest house off campus and everyone knows it. 80s prom looked like sooo much fun. I wish my sorority had mixers like DGs. If I didn't get dropped DG, I would've picked them in a second.

They throw great parties, especially at the beginning of the year. All the guys are nice and they ate getting better with each class!

Bottom is bottom. But, everyone that goes to Santa Clara is pretty awesome which makes our "bottom" the "top" on any number of other campuses. That's the truth!

Okay lets be real, compared to the other sororities Theta isn't "the most attractive." But every single girl I've met from this house has been extremely nice and fun and from what I can tell they genuinely care about each other. A lot of the guys in frats say they're really fun to mix with too, even if some get out of control every once in awhile (then again, who doesn't). All in all they may be "bottom tier," but there are still great things about this house.
