Trying to be objective as possible, yes, they are the newest fraternity here but they have come a long way in just 2 years. I would describe them as down to earth and fun-loving. Really enjoyed the mixer my sorority had with them a few weeks back. They will be moving up in the next few years.

Honestly a great group of guys. Hands down a top house. Haven't seen or heard anything negative about them. They definitely have the best rep on campus. Anddd it doesn't hurt that their a pretty attractive group

I feel like Theta has gotten better every year. They did a really good job with recruitment and got some pretty cool girls this year.

Really great girls. Always a good time to mix with and party with. The only sorority I know that can actually hold their alcohol.

Definitely one of the two top houses (with Aphi) but let's be real, the saying "nothing goes down faster than an anchor" holds a lot of truth. I've met some really great ones, but a lot more of them are fake and snotty. Not a great reputation on campus with most of the student body despite what they might think

Kappa has done really well in recent years. Genuinely nice and fun people and I love hanging out with them because they are probably the lowest drama house. I'd say Kappa is getting up there with Alpha Phi as one of the top two houses because DG has taken a major hit in the last two years and has not done as well with recruitment
