From what I've heard about Theta's they have a great sisterhood and they genuinely care about each other. Plus I've heard that they really know how to hold their alcohol (which is always a plus)

Great chapter. Guys are nice, cute too. Parties are great and easily the top fraternity at SCU. None compare.
