No one can deny they like to party, but they aren't that fun. I think they are third on the list of Top Frats: PIKE, Sig Chi, Cal-phi/Sig Pi, TKE, Kappa Sig. They are also more concerned with other Frats then they are with their own appearance (please see below ranking and comment).

These guys are great all around. I have always had fun at their parties. My freshman year (2011-2012) they got a really good class. Since then, they have been top tier. They have a huge basement that allows them to throw awesome parties. Thanks for always being good guys and not douchebags.

kappa is my favorite sorority to have mixers with. They are best all around: fun to party/hangout with, very attractive across the board, and definitely the kind of girl you would bring home to your parents. If I were a chick I would go kappa
